JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated Wholesale Coordinator to manage our daily wholesale operations. Key areas for this role include order management, servicing accounts, and acting as a liaison between internal teams with the goal of facilitating sales and providing an excellent experience for our wholesale customers.

The ideal candidate is local to the San Francisco Bay Area (we are in our San Francisco office twice a week), but we will also evaluate qualified remote candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Order and Account Management

1. Set up and manage product listings on all wholesale platforms

1. Manage orders, ensuring that all orders are delivered accurately and on time

1. Track Accounts Receivable to ensure timely receipt of payment for accounts with net terms

1. For national accounts, ensure all vendor manuals and routing guides are accurately implemented

1. Partner with internal Planning and Production teams to ensure adequate inventory availability

1. Oversee our third-party fulfillment center to ensure orders ship accurately and on time. Troubleshoot any stock issues as needed.

1. Manage inbound wholesale applications; set up new accounts and ensure we have all relevant documentation

Customer Support and Sales

1. Provide excellent support to wholesale customers with the goal of answering inquiries within 24 business hours

1. Provide post-order support to ensure satisfaction, especially for first orders

1. Upkeep customer resources including merchandising guides, UPC libraries and product images

1. Create wholesale line sheets and presentations to assist with the sales process

1. Coordinate and send samples as needed, and follow up on all samples

1. Execute at least 1 trade show a year (SuperZoo in Las Vegas)

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree

1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar operational role

1. Proficient in Excel and G-Suite. Experience with Faire and Shopify is a plus

1. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

1. Excellent written skills, with the ability to generate clear, concise, professional, and grammatical communications

1. Strong project manager with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment with many competing priorities

1. A proactive problem solver with a natural instinct to try to solve the issue yourself first, then escalate as needed

1. Positive and can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and take on any task that’s needed. A desire to get things DONE above all else

1. Ability to travel 2-4x/year for trade shows, account meetings, and to our office in San Francisco (if remote)
