Job Description

AVR Global Technologies is a custom cable & wire harness manufacturing company in San Marcos, CA. We are seeking an office-based e-commerce sales assistant to facilitate our Amazon, Digi Key, Vertical, Shopify, and other platforms. This role will optimize and maintain product listings, drive online sales growth, and oversee social advertising & seasonal marketing campaigns through LinkedIn and other platforms. This person will collaborate with our sales, marketing, and operations departments. 

Job Duties

1. Implement and champion strategies to optimize online sales performance across various e-commerce platforms. Including engaging with new providers and

1. Ability to regularly manage and update the Company website, including improving search engine rankings.

1. Work with manufacturing teams to ensure project timelines for e-commerce inventory management.

1. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

1. Responsible for generating product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling content, editing images, and pricing. Photograph Items for listing & touch-up photos.

1. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to enhance the online shopping experience and customer satisfaction.

1. Implement promotions and campaigns to boost sales and customer engagement.

1. Other—Light office administration duties will also be required as part of your role, including trade show scheduling, arranging travel and accommodation for other employees, and occasional warehousing tasks.

Requirements

1. Demonstrate experience in the e-commerce market (2-3 years of experience preferred)

1. Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and competency with digital marketing tools.

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

1. Self-motivated creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results.
