1. Oversee the processing of shipments, returns, and exchanges to maintain seamless operations.

1. Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment.

1. Monitor and resolve customer complaints, providing timely updates and ensuring client satisfaction.

1. Generate and analyze reports related to account performance, inventory levels, and order metrics.

1. Maintain accurate account records, including customer preferences, order history, and special requirements.

Qualifications

Education
