Responsibilities

1. Create User Journey Maps, Wireframes, Design and QA

1. Collaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters, Developers and Research

1. Types of projects you’ll get to work on: website redesigns, design systems, website enhancements, cross-platform feature ideation and enhancement

1. Present design ideas and prototypes to team members, clearly articulating design rationale and decision-making processes

1. Iterate designs based on internal and external feedback and user-research

1. Annotations / working with developers and studio artists to ensure a smooth transition into development

1. Creative problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of aesthetics

Qualifications

1. Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate from a Graphic Design, User Experience, or similar program

1. Portfolio showcasing understanding of development constraints, accessibility, platform best practices, and solid execution

1. Experience in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator

1. HTML, CSS, JS knowledge

1. Experience with Elementor, Shopify, or WordPress is a plus!

1. This position is located in Madison, WI. Candidates must be located in Wisconsin.

1. Target start date: February 2025

1. Target end date: April/May - 2025 - could extend through summer

1. This is a paid internship at $15 per hour

1. Ability to work hybrid in an open-office environment

1. The Digital team prefers interns to work 40 hours per week
