What You'll Do

Client Consultation

: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, translate these into technical requirements, and guide them on best practices.

Solution Strategy

: Develop, document, and communicate comprehensive solutions for Shopify Plus implementations, migrations, and customizations.

Oversee the project lifecycle from discovery through to successful delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Project Management

: Onboard clients, schedule weekly meetings with clients and manage the process, scope, tasks and timelines through Clickup

Integration Supervision

: Oversee integrations with third-party applications and services, such as ERP systems, CRM tools, and custom APIs.

Collaboration

: Work closely with the creative team, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Documentation

: Produce clear technical documentation, including technical resources, data instructions, and specifications for internal and client use.

Performance Review

: Ensure solutions are optimized for scalability, performance, and ecommerce KPIs in accordance with Shopify Plus standards.

Ownership

: Take full ownership of the project and deliver on schedule and on scope.

Our Ideal Candidate

Solid eCommerce experience

: Understands all aspects of eCommerce very well, including how disciplines are aligned with each other.

Deep knowledge of the Shopify Plus platform, and Shopify's capabilities, including custom apps and integrations.

Good user experience design

: Knows and stays updated on user experience trends, conversion rate and eCommerce optimization strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Extensive experience replatforming from other ecommerce platforms to Shopify, ensuring smooth transitions and data integrity.

Experience

: 3+ years of technical project management or Shopify solution architect
