Technical and Design Support Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful individual to manage various technical and creative responsibilities across our operations. The role involves a mix of platform management, IT administration, design support, and in-person technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Commerce Platform Management (40%)
- Manage and update Shopify stores for all brands, including product listings, catalogs, inventory, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure seamless integration of third-party apps and plugins to enhance platform functionality.
- Monitor site performance, resolve technical issues, and implement improvements to optimize user experience.
- Generate and analyze reports on sales, site traffic, and customer behavior.
2. IT Administration (20%)
- Oversee and maintain Google Workspace (Email, Drive, Domains) for all team members.
- Manage passwords and ensure secure access to company systems and platforms.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of credentials and administrative procedures.
3. Design Support for Sales (20%)
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to create visually appealing marketing materials and digital assets for all brands.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand-specific templates for online and offline promotions.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and contribute to cohesive brand representation.
4. In-Person Technical Support (20%)
- Provide on-site troubleshooting for internet connectivity, POS systems (e.g., Square), and other tech-related issues.
- Coordinate with external service providers for hardware/software support when needed.
- Set up and maintain workstations and ensure smooth operation of office tech equipment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong proficiency in IT administration tools, including Google Workspace.
- Basic graphic design skills with familiarity in tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Technical troubleshooting skills with a focus on POS systems and network connectivity.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
