Job Duties and Responsibilities

Regal Brands is home to a diverse portfolio of home hardware specializing in high-quality decorative products. We carry a wide variety of doorknobs, cabinet handles, hinge sets, and cabinet hardware. Our business operations rely on various integrated technical systems, including ERP (Procom), PIM (Catsy), EDI Orders, Shopify, and shipping tools like UPS WorldShip and FedEx ShipStation. The Systems Integration Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing these integrations to ensure seamless business operations. Primary duties include but are not limited to:

1. Troubleshoot, document, and improve system integrations

– Resolve integration issues, maintain documentation for system configurations and troubleshooting procedures, and implement process improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.

1. Serve as the primary liaison between Regal and corporate IT teams

– Act as the main Point of Contact (POC), participate in meetings, provide updates, and gather requirements for system improvements.

1. Communicate technical updates effectively

– Ensure non-technical teams understand system changes and align Regal’s operational needs with corporate technology strategies.

1. Maintain and support Regal’s core technical integrations

, including:

+ ERP System: Procom

+ Product Information Management (PIM): Catsy

+ EDI Orders from Trading Partners

+ Amazon Orders (EDI)

+ E-Commerce Platform: Shopify

+ Shipping & Logistics Tools: UPS WorldShip, FedEx ShipStation

Who We Are Seeking in an Applicant

To be successful in this role, candidates should have experience with software/system integrations, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the ability to work across multiple business functions. We would prefer 3+ years of related experience. Ideal candidates will have:

1. Hands-on experience working with ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, or shipping software.

1. Strong understanding of EDI integrations and data flow between systems.

1. Ability to troubleshoot software and integration issues effectively.

1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

1. Experience with PICK BASIC is a plus.

1. Experience in a warehouse environment is a plus.

1. Experience with UPS WorldShip and/or FedEx ShipStation is a plus.

1. Experience with Shopify is a plus.
