We are seeking a passionate and fashion-forward individual for a remote Stylist/Sales Consultant. In this position, you will be instrumental in guiding our customers through their purchasing decisions, offering personalized styling advice, and delivering exceptional service through SMS communication.
Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
Proactively engage with customers via SMS to understand their hair needs, preferences, and styling goals.
Styling Consultation
Utilize your expertise in hairstyling to provide personalized recommendations and styling tips to customers based on their hair type, color, and desired look.
Sales Support
Assist customers in selecting the right hair extensions and accessories that best suit their needs, ultimately driving sales and revenue
Autogenerated Landing Pages
Leverage marketing platforms to optimize autogenerated landing pages for maximum customer engagement and conversion.
Feedback Collection
Gather feedback from customers to continuously improve recommendations and enhance the overall customer experience.
Product Knowledge
Stay updated on product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and address inquiries.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
Requirements
Hair Expertise
Extensive knowledge and experience in hairstyling techniques, hair types, and hair care products, with a passion for helping customers achieve their desired look.
Sales
1-3 years of proven track record in sales/customer service experience, with the ability to effectively guide customers through the purchasing process and drive revenue.
Tech-Savvy
Experience with Shopify and Human Kind preferred and comfortable using technology platforms and tools for communication, product recommendations, and sales tracking.
Communication Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and convey information clearly and persuasively via SMS.
Customer-Centric
A customer-first mentality with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service and support to every customer.
Adaptability
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in processes and procedures.
