Role Summary
The Site Search and Merchandising Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving FEATURE's e-commerce success. This individual will enhance website and app performance by optimizing product recommendations, personalizing content, managing site search, and executing merchandising strategies. They will also oversee quickstrike release operations, dynamic bundles, targeted pop-ups, customer segmentation, and A/B testing to boost conversions and create an engaging shopping experience.
This role is based in Las Vegas and requires five days in-office.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute merchandising operations for site search and product discovery.
- Recommend relevant products in real-time based on user behavior.
- Personalize on-site elements, including navigation bars, banners, videos, and graphics.
- Optimize category pages with personalized merchandising controls.
- Enhance search capabilities with personalized, powerful search tools.
- Create dynamic filtering rules for tailored recommendations across product categories.
- Implement targeted pop-ups to capture customer information and deliver timely offers.
- Segment customers using real-time behavioral and transactional data.
- Execute A/B, split, and multivariate tests to optimize user experiences.
- Manage operations for product releases, including quickstrike launches.
- Create and merchandise brand and product landing pages
- Execute product catalog operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in a related role (e.g., e-commerce, merchandising, or site search operations).
- Proficient in Shopify and Excel (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Matrixify and Nosto experience is a plus).
- Background or interest in sneaker culture and fashion is a plus.
