Job Responsibilities
- Shopify Management: Update product listings, optimize collections, monitor site performance, and implement minor design tweaks.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient support through phone, email and chat, addressing customer inquiries and resolving order issues.
- Marketing & Social Media: Assist with social media management, including creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers on platforms like Instagram and Facebook. Experience with paid ads is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Shopify Experience: Solid understanding of Shopify’s features, functionality, and basic troubleshooting. We can provide access to Shopify’s Academy where you can take online classes to help you grow your abilities.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Preferred but not required, experience in customer service with a focus on maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Social Media & Marketing Savvy: Ability to create engaging posts and have a basic understanding of the main social media platforms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
- Attention to Detail: You can catch small errors, ensuring our store stays polished and professional.
- Microsoft Office & Google Suite: Basic background of Microsoft office, specifically Excel.
