Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead the development, evolution, and optimization of cloud services at Antares. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, analytics, and key stakeholders to define and prioritize capabilities that drive meaningful business outcomes.

Integral to delivering an exceptional end-to-end experience for customers, cloud services comprises our eCommerce platform and web front-end in addition to Auto-Tune Central–our all-in-one platform for customers to download, install, and manage licenses across our product line. As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the product backlog, defining user stories, serving as scrum team Product Owner and ensuring the successful delivery of critical customer facing and internal capabilities.

Responsibilities

1. Serve as product owner, with a focus on delivering business outcomes.

1. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that balances short-term priorities with long-term vision for our cloud services, ensuring seamless customer experience.

1. Collaborate closely with customers, vendors, business stakeholders, leadership, program management and development teams to understand customer journeys, gather requirements, prioritize features and manage deliverables across our cloud services ecosystem.

1. Define clear product requirements and user stories, ensuring teams and stakeholders have a shared understanding of goals and deliverables for the entire cloud services ecosystem.

1. Work with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions, while managing trade-offs between scope, schedule, and resources.

1. Own the product backlog: prioritize work items based on business value, stakeholder feedback, and technical feasibility across the full cloud services suite.

1. Monitor product performance and business metrics, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization within our cloud services, including eCommerce and Auto-Tune Central.

1. Serve as the primary point of contact between the business and the development team, facilitating clear communication and alignment.

1. Manage the development and updates of Auto-Tune Central, ensuring it provides a seamless user experience for software downloads, installations, and license management across Windows and macOS platforms.

1. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cloud services, eCommerce, and product management to keep our offerings competitive.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

1. 5+ years of product ownership or product management experience, with a strong focus on web technologies, cloud services and eCommerce platforms.

1. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

1. Working knowledge of API’s and backend database technologies.

1. Experience managing Electron-based desktop applications for Windows and macOS, with a solid understanding of product installation, licensing, and customer experience best practices.

1. Experience with Agile methodologies, including managing a product backlog and defining technical user stories.

1. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business requirements.

1. Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

1. Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics to inform product decisions.

1. Familiarity with payment platforms (e.g., FastSpring, Stripe).

1. Familiarity with cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).

1. Familiarity with and passion for music software is a plus.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
