Duties/Responsibilities
- Ensure the overall success and achievement of all store goals, including daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Actively monitor and drive sales performance by motivating the team and implementing creative strategies to meet goals.
- Lead by example in providing superior customer service and building lasting client relationships.
- Maximize sales and customer engagement through a strong floor presence and direct interaction with customers.
- Oversee and maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are engaging and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Supervise and maintain the cleanliness, organization, and operational flow of both the sales floor and back-of-house inventory.
- Open and close the store, ensuring proper cash handling, security, and adherence to company policies.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, providing ongoing training and support to team members to maintain compliance.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise as needed.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary to ensure a positive store environment.
- Foster a team-oriented atmosphere while providing leadership and guidance to sales associates.
Requirements/Experience
- 1+ years of experience in a retail leadership role (Keyholder, Supervisor, or similar- not entry level)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment with frequent changes and multitasking demands.
- Strong proficiency in retail POS systems and computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Shopify).
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Comprehensive understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising, store operations, and inventory management.
- Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Open availability including evenings and weekends.
