Duties/Responsibilities

  1. Ensure the overall success and achievement of all store goals, including daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  1. Actively monitor and drive sales performance by motivating the team and implementing creative strategies to meet goals.
  1. Lead by example in providing superior customer service and building lasting client relationships.
  1. Maximize sales and customer engagement through a strong floor presence and direct interaction with customers.
  1. Oversee and maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are engaging and aligned with brand guidelines.
  1. Supervise and maintain the cleanliness, organization, and operational flow of both the sales floor and back-of-house inventory.
  1. Open and close the store, ensuring proper cash handling, security, and adherence to company policies.
  1. Enforce company policies and procedures, providing ongoing training and support to team members to maintain compliance.
  1. Assist with stock management, including receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise as needed.
  1. Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary to ensure a positive store environment.
  1. Foster a team-oriented atmosphere while providing leadership and guidance to sales associates.

Requirements/Experience

  1. 1+ years of experience in a retail leadership role (Keyholder, Supervisor, or similar- not entry level)
  1. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  1. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment with frequent changes and multitasking demands.
  1. Strong proficiency in retail POS systems and computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Shopify).
  1. Customer-focused mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
  1. Comprehensive understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising, store operations, and inventory management.
  1. Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  1. Open availability including evenings and weekends.
