Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced B2B and B2C Sales Representative to help us grow our business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of expanding product distribution to both large companies and smaller businesses. You will be responsible for introducing and promoting our unique, high-quality products across multiple sales channels, from eCommerce platforms (like Amazon and Shopify) to brick-and-mortar retail stores. You will play a key role in securing partnerships with major retailers (such as Walmart), as well as nurturing relationships with smaller businesses and collectors.

The Sales Representative will drive both our online and retail sales, ensuring our products reach a broad and diverse audience, all while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies to grow both B2B and B2C sales channels.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting both large retailers (e.g., Walmart, Amazon) and smaller businesses (local shops, online retailers).

- Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term success.

- Lead product presentations and meetings with prospective clients to showcase our unique offerings.

- Expand product listings on eCommerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.) and develop partnerships with brick-and-mortar stores.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms that align with company objectives while maintaining strong customer relationships.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored promotional materials and campaigns.

- Stay current with market trends, competitors, and new sales opportunities.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales (3-5 years or more).

- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and retail channels (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, etc.).

- Experience working with both large corporations and small businesses, including negotiating with key decision-makers.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to generate new business and manage complex sales cycles independently.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple accounts and sales initiatives.

- Knowledge of the sports memorabilia or collectibles market is a plus.

- Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic adjustments to meet goals.

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Experience in the sports collectibles, memorabilia, or trading card industry.

- Experience in other toys, hobby, or gaming industries.

- Knowledge of international market opportunities is a plus.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.

- Self-starter who requires minimal supervision and is capable of driving results independently.
