What you’ll do:
Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned customer accounts, including monitoring
billing cycles, ensuring timely payments, and resolving any billing discrepancies/customer deductions
Process customer orders via EDI, ensuring accurate product selection, pricing, and delivery details
Review and manage customer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
Generate reports on customer service performance, including key metrics like timely delivery,
fulfillment levels, and order accuracy
Prepare data analytics to support sales, ideally make recommendations based on your analysis
Set up new customers and accounts, mine data from customer portals, SPINS, and Amazon Seller Central
Demonstrate a flexible attitude and pitch in where needed
What you’ll bring to the table:
· Experience working in a high volume or fast-paced consumer goods environment
· An entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to build our incredible brand to improve people’s lives
· You enjoy driving out inefficiencies and challenging yourself to grow
· Familiarity with Shopify, ShipStation, EDI, warehouse management systems, SPINS, and ERP
systems highly valued
