We are currently searching for an energetic, fast learner and skillful retail management expert for our two retail locations. The ideal Operations Manager will be based in our Conshohocken location and will also oversee our Emmaus, PA location. Must have experience managing retail stores and experience with Shopify is strongly preferred.

Job responsibilities

- Oversee all retail store operations and commercial B2B business
- Implement company policies and procedures
- Identify areas for improvement and design new processes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Utilize data to identify trends and make informed operational decisions
- Communicate regularly with store employees, customers and vendors
- Create and maintain work schedule
- Responsible for purchase order creation and management
- Oversee invoicing and maintain accurate AR reporting
- Inventory management and tracking to ensure cost effectiveness and just in time management of inventory to minimize out of stocks
- Implement training programs to enhance staff skills and product knowledge
- Drive initiatives to improve customer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions and events
- Ensure compliance with safety and security standards and handle emergency situations as needed
- Evaluate and select vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to support operational needs

Job requirements

- Minimum 2 years of Retail Management experience
- Strong sales skills, including a record of sales growth
- Valid driver’s license
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends supporting the operational needs of the business
- Excellent collaboration, written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Strong work ethic
- High level of trust, integrity and honesty
- Expertise in recruiting, motivating, training, and retaining effective team members
