We are seeking a Retail Store Manager Sports Background / TCG to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily shop sales, online store orders and shipping,  inventory management,  in addition willwork with management on marketing and growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  1. Work with management to produce efficient work schedules.  Identify and hire new staff as needed.
  1. Inventory Management.  Receive and enter new inventory in Shopify system.  Provide month end inventory counts to management
  1. Resolve escalated customer complaints or concerns in shop or online
  1. Work with Marketing team to develop plans to increase in store and online sales.

Qualifications

  1. Previous experience in retail, customer service with a love and knowledge of sports. (Will train right candidate)
  1. Degree is preferred in Marketing, Sports Journalist Media, Sports Management, or experience knowledge in all social media platforms is desired

  1. Excellent written and communication skills
  1. Willingness to study products and markets to increase sales
  1. Customer service will include education and workshops
