About the Role:

We’re dedicated to finding the best and brightest to represent our

Rocksbox

boutique on Fillmore St in San Francisco. We’re seeking Part-Time Sales Associates who are passionate about delivering exceptional in-store experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering brand partnerships.

We’re looking for individuals who excel in creating positive, memorable customer interactions while building brand loyalty. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, skillfully balancing multiple tasks and prioritizing customer needs. Key responsibilities include maintaining store cleanliness, supporting leadership initiatives to drive sales, enhancing team and customer engagement, executing visual merchandising, and ensuring operational excellence. This role also involves performing opening and closing tasks, with the potential to carry store keys.

As part of the Leap team, candidates may also support additional brands within our portfolio through new store openings, activations, or coverage needs. Familiarity with emerging technologies and systems is highly valued, and experience with Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Office is a plus.

Position Qualifications:

  1. Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 years old to align with company standards.
  1. Experience: A background in retail, luxury retail, or high-touch client-facing roles, demonstrating expertise in premium customer service, brand representation, and building relationships with discerning clients.
  1. Availability: Flexible and adaptable to meet business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, showcasing a commitment to operational excellence.
  1. Physical Requirements: Maintain an active presence on the sales floor, with energy and focus while standing, walking, using ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds to meet business demands and deliver an elevated customer experience.
  2. Hourly Pay Range: $18.50 to $20.50. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.

  1. Task Management: Demonstrate efficiency and reliability in completing tasks accurately and on time.
