The Role
The
Product Merchandising Specialist
will be a pivotal member of the Merchandising team, enabling the success of building our infrastructure, creating processes and driving consumer right product creation. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and talented merchandiser to participate in world-class product creation, execute merchandising fundamentals, enable digital merchandising excellence while meeting the needs of the athletes and fans with lifestyle inspired apparel and accessories.
Key Activities
- Assist the Product Marketing team with various strategic as well as execution base responsibilities, including creating product briefs, creating and maintaining product forecasts, creating and updating product specifications, and maintaining style line plans and UPC code information.
- Process and manage manual purchase orders, ensure timely and accurate entry.
- Maintain and update product data in Shopify, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to product listings, pricing and inventory levels.
- Set up and manage discounts and employee discounts.
- Handle daily customer service inquiries via email and chat, providing timely and accurate response.
- Address and resolve customer issues related to orders, returns and product information.
- Track and analyze product performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to product data and merchandising activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design and supply chain to ensure alignment and efficiency in product merchandising efforts.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance product presentation and customer experience.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising or a related field.
- 2+ years experience in product merchandising, e-commerce or a related role.
- Experience in Shopify or other e-commerce platforms a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience writing product briefs a must.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of sport apparel industry trends and product lifecycle a plus.

The annual base salary for this role is $67,000-$75,000 plus our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level, among other things.
