An experienced Operations Specialist is sought to support the end-to-end supply chain and distribution of products across both B2B and B2C customers throughout the greater part of North America. This individual will be a key resource for ensuring product delivery from manufacturing to its destination, managing shipping logistics operations, and directing the performance, predictability, and efficiency of inventory. In this role, the individual will also work closely with the marketing and sales teams to manage inventory and sales levels in systems such as Shopify, Netsuite, and others, including metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities
- Perform order processing tasks that include but are not limited to:
+ Process received orders and audit for discrepancies (e.g., pricing, quantity) between initial requisition, invoices, and purchase order amounts.
+ Track open or outstanding orders, following up as needed to ensure the appropriate close-out process is executed.
+ Ensure supporting documentation of purchases is provided to the sales team and accounts payable.
+ Oversee inventory and order additional products and supplies when necessary.
+ Evaluate the selection and shipping process and work to improve efficiency.
+ Maintain updated client, customer, contractor, and supplier management systems.
+ Assist business operations in planning, organizing, and coordinating functions.
+ Collect, analyze, and summarize data for organizational systems and performance reports.
+ Participate in audits and other quality department monitoring work.
+ Monitor expenses and budgets in line with the finance and accounts department.
+ Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance.
+ Assist with the onboarding process for various business projects related to operations.
+ Coordinate with different departments to achieve optimal work production across the board relating to business operations.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 3+ years in operations in a fast-paced client, retail, and supply chain environment.
- Passionate about running operations from end-to-end, able to see the big picture while diving into details to drive success.
- Experience with NetSuite, Sage, or similar ERP systems.
- Exceptional quantitative and MS Excel skills, with an analytical mind capable of interpreting and analyzing data in relation to broader objectives.
- Motivated to work cross-functionally in a role that supports multiple business partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings with company leadership.
