Position Overview:The Operations Coordinator will serve as the point of contact for both Born Primitive Tactical (BPT). The employee within this role will be responsible for assisting the Operations Director for BPT n various aspects of their daily operations and will act as the liaison to ensure these two divisions of the brand function seamlessly alongside Born Primitive Main. This role will be integral in the growth and organization of Born Primitive Tactical. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Track purchase orders and production invoices related to outdoor apparel, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory management

1. Coordinate on inventory health, optimizing stock levels and minimizing overstock or stockouts alongside the Supply Chain Department

1. Utilize Asana for task tracking, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope

1. Assist in managing the marketing calendar, including coordinating sales events and gathering user-generated content (UGC) from ambassadors

1. Track the product development process, including lab dips, swatches, and sample arrival dates, collaborating closely the Product Department

1. Regularly review Shopify collections, ensuring products are accurately categorized and showcased effectively based on stock and relevance as seasons change

1. Utilize tools for merchandising optimization, enhancing the online shopping experience for customers

1. Assist in coordinating community and ambassador activities, fostering engagement and brand loyalty

1. Assist in coordinating brand partnerships with other companies to maximize social engagement, brand relevancy and brand awareness alongside the Marketing Department

1. Help coordinate the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across platforms

1. Act as company representative for all Tactical customer service inquiries

1. Assist at events and tradeshows alongside the Logistics & Sales Coordinator and the respective division Director

1. Administer all Tactical pro-deal programs

1. Supervise and assist in onboarding those participating in the Tactical Skillbridge program

1. Other duties as assigned by the Operations Director

Required Experience and Education:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

1. Experience in operations coordination or similar roles, preferably within the apparel industry

1. Organizational skills and attention to detail

1. Communication and interpersonal skills

1. Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana

1. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify preferred

1. Passion for tactical activities and gear is strongly preferred

Physical Requirements

Associates may occasionally climb stairs, bend, stoop, walk, lift up to 10 lbs, and crouch as needed. Occasionally associates in this position may be asked to push/pull up to 50 lbs, work in extreme conditions (heat/cold), and/or travel on a voluntary basis.
