The
Operations Assistant
at Melanin Money plays a crucial role in supporting cross-functional teams, improving operational workflows, and ensuring seamless integration across platforms. You will work closely with customer service, marketing, and sales teams to create automated processes that drive efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and enhance the customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaboration & Strategy:
* Work closely with customer service, marketing, and sales teams to enhance campaigns and improve workflows.
- Strategize with department leads to streamline operations and implement scalable solutions.
Workflow Automation:
* Implement and manage custom workflows using tools like HubSpot, Zapier, and ClickFunnels.
- Automate repetitive tasks to save time, boost efficiency, and reduce errors.
- Configure marketing funnels and CRM integrations to optimize business operations.
CRM Optimization:
* Centralize client data collection and management into a single CRM system for better organization.
- Ensure seamless data synchronization between marketing systems, client databases, and CRM platforms.
- Conduct research and provide software recommendations for continuous improvements.
- Documentation & Process Optimization:
- Create and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for system configurations, troubleshooting, and workflow automation.
- Ensure that all team members have access to up-to-date documentation to support efficient collaboration.
Maintenance & Support:
* Monitor and optimize performance metrics, integrations, and workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Troubleshoot workflow or platform issues and provide ongoing support to the team.
- Assist in training team members on best practices for system utilization.
