JOB SUMMARY

The Onboarding Specialist. Responsibilities include but are not limited crucial role in ensuring that our clients fully understand the onboarding process from placing orders, connecting carts and delivery of goods.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. As an Onboarding Specialist at Be Fulfilled Systems, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients fully understand the onboarding process from placing orders, connecting carts and delivery of goods.
  1. Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into the WMS System
  1. Create item numbers for clients and arrange delivery of product to warehouse
  1. Provide comprehensive SOPs to client to detail how to process clients’ orders
  1. Guide clients through the setup and configuration of the software, addressing any technical issues that arise
  1. Collaborate with internal teams, including developers and customer support, to resolve any client concerns promptly
  1. Ensure all necessary data and system integrations are completed accurately and on time
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact during the onboarding process
  1. Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the software
  1. Gather client feedback and provide insights to internal teams to drive continuous improvement of our solutions
  1. Create and maintain detailed documentation of the onboarding process, including client- specific configurations and training materials
  1. Reports on onboarding progress, client satisfaction, and any issues encountered to the Director of Fulfillment
  1. Performs any other duties as assigned by management

  2. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or customer success roles, preferably in the direct-to-consumer fulfillment industry.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CAPABILITS

  1. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and WMS software.
  1. Experience with Shopify, Ship Station, and ERP Systems (NetSuite Preferred).
  1. MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

    3. Technical proficiency with software implementation and troubleshooting
