Marketplace Product Setup and CustomerService Associate
to join our dynamic team. This role combines technical precision in setting up andmanaging marketplace products with exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless experience forboth buyers and sellers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strongorganizational skills, and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketplace Product Setup and Management
- Create, upload, and manage product listings across multiple marketplaces, ensuring accuracy in
descriptions, pricing, images, and categorization.
- Monitor product performance and suggest optimizations to improve visibility and sales.
- Work with the DTC and Planning teams to ensure alignment on promotions, inventory levels, and
new product launches.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to product listings, including errors, updates, or
discrepancies across platforms.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain high-quality standards for product data and ensure
compliance with marketplace policies.
Customer Service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to product listings, orders,
shipping, and returns.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer emails, chats, and calls, ensuring a
positive resolution to any issues.
- Work with logistics teams to track and resolve shipping concerns or delays.
- Document customer feedback and escalate recurring issues to relevant departments for process
improvement.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline product setup workflows and enhance the customer service
experience.
- Collaborate with the tech team to automate or improve data input and system integrations.
- Stay informed on marketplace policies and trends to proactively adapt strategies and operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product listing management, e-commerce, or marketplace operations.
- Strong proficiency with marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Mirakl, Shopify).
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach to problem-solving.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and related data management tools.
- Familiarity with basic photo editing or listing tools is a plus.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with CRM software or customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk).
- Knowledge of Amazon or any marketplaces preferred.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
- Prior experience in inventory management or logistics is highly desirable
