Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketplace Manager to oversee and optimize our presence on Amazon, Walmart, and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing product listings, analyzing performance data, and ensuring that our brand maintains a competitive edge across multiple online marketplaces. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to managing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Marketplace Strategy Development
* Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to maximize sales and profitability on Amazon, Walmart, and other platforms such as eBay and Shopify.
* Stay updated on marketplace trends, algorithms, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Product Listings Management
* Create, optimize, and maintain high-quality product listings, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, and images across multiple platforms.
* Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve product visibility on each marketplace.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with platform-specific guidelines and policies.

Inventory and Pricing Management
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
* Implement dynamic pricing strategies to stay competitive while maintaining profit margins.
* Manage FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon), WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services), and FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) operations as needed.

Advertising and Promotions
* Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon, Walmart Connect, and other relevant platforms.
* Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
* Develop and manage promotional strategies such as discounts, deals, and coupons tailored to each marketplace.

Performance Analysis and Reporting
* Analyze sales data, traffic trends, and customer behavior across platforms to identify areas for improvement.
* Generate and present performance reports, including actionable insights and recommendations for all marketplaces.
* Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, sales growth, and customer reviews.

Customer Experience Management
* Monitor customer feedback and reviews across all platforms and address any issues promptly.
* Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve disputes and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Collaboration and Leadership
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and design, to ensure cohesive brand representation across marketplaces.
* Provide guidance and training to team members on marketplace-specific best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing accounts on Amazon, Walmart, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Strong knowledge of each platform’s ecosystem, including listing optimization, advertising, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Walmart Seller Center, or similar software.
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with additional e-commerce platforms like Shopify and eBay.
- Knowledge of APIs for Amazon, Walmart, and other platforms, along with experience with automation tools.
