CultureSpace is seeking an experienced Marketing Communications and Project Coordinator to join our fast-paced, collaborative marketing team. This role will develop and implement strategic marketing communications plans that align with the company's business objectives, and help drive marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication across teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing communications and project management, with a keen ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and achieve desired outcomes

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide clear direction and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

1. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments to achieve marketing goal

1. Keep marketing projects on track, from concept to completion, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget by coordinating deadlines and team member resources

1. Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation

1. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, content, digital marketing, and e-commerce, to ensure project alignment and goal achievement

1. Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to Manager

1. Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success

1. “Quarterback” marketing projects

1. Develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies to promote company products, services, locations, and brands

1. Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, press releases, and marketing collateral

1. Collaborate with the design team to produce engaging visuals and multimedia content

1. Manage relationships with media, reps, dealers, and employees to ensure consistent brand messaging across communication streams

1. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing communications campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed

1. Act as a central point of contact for all marketing communications and project management activities

Requirements

+ A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or related field

+ Relevant experience working in communications, PR, or marketing. Those with digital marketing or social media marketing experience are encouraged to apply

+ Demonstrated experience managing projects, including maintaining compliance with project contracts, creating and managing project briefs, budgets, and maintaining schedules, as well as working with internal/external clients and partners to execute project work

+ Working knowledge of basic design (ex: Canva), social production and delivery channels, best practices across social media channels to drive B2B efforts, and demonstrated ability to work successfully on a creative team and deliver successful projects on-time and on-budget

+ The ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations, lead working meetings, and speak easily and clearly in front of groups and facilitate client and team meetings

+ Excellent written and verbal communication and research skills

+ Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite; experience using tools like monday.com, Craft, Shopify, or Canva is a plus

+ An ability to develop collaborative, productive, and respectful relationships with team members, partners, and clients

+ Local or willing to relocate to the San Antonio area to come into our headquarters and work directly with our teams and clients.
