Market Place Specialist (AMAZON / Walmart)
We are looking for an e-commerce professional responsible for managing and optimizing a company's online presence across various marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, or Walmart, by creating and maintaining product listings, monitoring competitor activity, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to maximize visibility and sales conversion on these platforms; essentially, they are experts in leveraging marketplace features to drive sales and achieve business goals through effective listing management, marketing, and data analysis

Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
Amazon, Walmart 3rd party: Monitor sales trends, develop new product lines, and create marketing strategies based on sales data.
Amazon
Update and optimize new and existing listings according to the companys sales and marketing strategies. This includes pictures, keywords, titles, bullet points, A+ EBC, backend details, product descriptions, etc.

+ Manage FBA Inventories
+ Resolve stranded inventory/FBA shipment issues
+ Handle Customer Service/Account Health/Seller Feedback
Inventory Management
Maintain appropriate inventory levels and manage P&L.
Digital Marketing
Plan, execute, and analyze online advertising campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and collaborate with influencers to promote products.
Customer Experience Management
Provide solutions and create manuals to improve customer feedback, even though direct customer management is not required.
Data Analysis
Use web analytics tools to monitor performance, identify growth opportunities based on data, and implement optimization processes.
Collaboration
Work with design, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
Photography and Project Support
Support various onsite photoshoots and projects.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in E-commerce operations.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart Seller Central.
- Digital Marketing and Data Analysis: Experience with online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) and strong data analysis skills.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English
- Other Skills: Proficient in Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and necessary computer and data analysis skills for E-commerce operations.
- Visa Status: Must be legally eligible to work in the USA.
