JUNIOR SALES EXECUTIVE (Remote)
All In Commerce is a fast-growing Amazon agency specializing in helping brands expand their presence and profitability on Amazon. Through tailored strategies and targeted campaigns, we empower brands to achieve their goals. As part of our expansion, we are hiring a Junior Sales Executive to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals eager to develop their sales careers while contributing directly to the growth of our business.
Job Type: Structured schedule with potential for full-time growth
Salary: Base pay + performance-based commission
Work Schedule: US Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST), starting at 20 hours per week, with opportunities to increase hours as the business expands.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage with pre-qualified leads to convert them into clients by clearly articulating the value of our Amazon service offerings.
- Conduct meaningful discussions with potential clients to identify their challenges and present solutions aligned with their business goals.
- Assist in preparing proposals that highlight the benefits of our services and address client-specific needs.
- Build relationships with prospective clients through clear communication and professional follow-ups.
- Support the negotiation process to close deals under the guidance of senior team members.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress using the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the client service team to ensure smooth onboarding and a seamless client experience.
- Stay informed about Amazon trends and policies to effectively communicate our services' relevance and benefits.
- Consistently work towards achieving individual sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the team.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop sales skills and product knowledge.
Experience, Qualifications and Qualities we look for
- Able to demonstrate with 1-2 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital marketing.
- A proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, positive attitude.
- Ability to handle objections and effectively negotiate to close deals.
- Competence in organizing and managing sales activities using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
- Basic familiarity with Amazon operations is a plus but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels throughout an organization in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
- Tech-savvy with a forward-thinking, digital-first mindset.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking.
- Familiarity with Google Meet, Zoom, and other virtual meeting platforms.
- A stable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace for remote work.
Bonus Points
- Experience working in remote teams or in e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart, or Shopify.
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, Slack, and Hubstaff.
- Prior experience supporting brands or sellers on Amazon.
