The Inside Sales Manager is a high-energy, proactive professional who thrives on the challenge of driving sales and securing new business. This role focuses on identifying and pursuing opportunities, creating meaningful connections with customers, and exceeding revenue targets. The ideal candidate is aggressive, passionate, and laser-focused on delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

requirements and responsibilities

  1. Preferably located in the DFW area or southern CA.
  1. Build strong relationships with our high value customers - serving as their internal sales representative and assisting with daily inquiries via phone, email and video.
  1. Actively prospect and generate new leads through cold calls, emails, and outreach campaigns.
  1. Produce quotes proactively and based on customer requests.
  1. Take ownership of revenue goals and consistently exceed them through proactive sales efforts.
  1. Research competitors and market trends to find opportunities for expansion and differentiation.
  1. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value.
  1. Act as a trusted partner to customers, providing them with insights, resources, and support to grow their businesses.
  1. Track all prospects and opportunities.
  1. Enter sales orders, collect payments, communicate with the supply chain and fulfillment teams as needed for orders to be completed, provide seamless communication and updates to customers through delivery.
  1. May be asked to text or email for some projects outside of normal working hours - team player mentality.
  1. Experience using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides or Microsoft Office.
  1. Shopify and NetSuite experience preferred.
