What You’ll Do

1. Manage

order processing, shipping, and fulfillment

using

ShipStation

.

1. Organize and

optimize shipping workflows

to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

1. Compare shipping rates and select the best carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.).

1. Monitor inventory levels and

coordinate with warehouse teams

for smooth order fulfillment.

1. Troubleshoot shipping issues, track lost packages, and handle customer shipping inquiries.

1. Generate shipping reports and

analyze data for process improvements

1. Ensure accurate label printing and compliance with shipping regulations.

What We’re Looking For

1. Experience

1+ year using

ShipStation

or similar shipping platforms.

1. Skills

Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and problem-solving skills.

1. Knowledge

Understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, etc.).

1. Tech-Savvy

Proficiency in ShipStation, label printing, and logistics automation.

1. Team Player

Strong communication skills and ability to work with warehouse teams.
