About the Role
As Rumpls Head of Ecommerce, youll be at the helm of our global direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels, including Rumpl.com and Amazon. Youll own every aspect of our digital ecosystem, from strategy to execution, obsessing over growth, profitability, and the customer journey. You'll build a new digital strategy to support a best-in-class domestic DTC channel, supporting significant product line growth, and global DTC market expansion. What Youll Do
1. Drive Digital Channel Performance
- Own and optimize Rumpls digital channels (Rumpl.com and Amazon) to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead strategy for website programming, promotional campaigns, and content updates to maximize conversion rates, AOV, and LTV.
- Manage external agencies to ensure performance goals are met, including ROAS, CPA, and ad spend efficiency.
2. Build and Manage Financial Systems
- Develop accurate forecasts for topline, bottom line, and variable cost metrics.
- Own the channel P&L ensuring contribution margin targets are achieved.
- Monitor budgets, revenue trends, and operational costs to ensure profitability.
- Proactively identify gaps in performance and implement solutions to close them.
3. Mentor and Manage Teams
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, providing clear guidance, regular feedback, and opportunities for development.
- Manage relationships with external agencies to deliver results while optimizing costs.
- Recruit, hire, and retain talent.
4. Innovate and Optimize
- Introduce new tools, technologies, and processes to improve efficiency and performance.
- Stay ahead of ecommerce trends, integrating insights into Rumpls strategy.
5. Be Ready to Get Involved
- Be hands-on in everything you dowhether its analyzing site performance, troubleshooting technical issues, or creating actionable plans to drive growth.

Proven Leadership
7+ years of ecommerce experience, with a track record of driving growth on Shopify and Amazon.
Data-Driven Decision-Making
