**Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and highly efficient Full-Time Personal Assistant to support a content creator with day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, trustworthy, and able to manage multiple tasks, enabling the content creator to focus on their creative process. Good communication is a must. The Personal Assistant will handle a variety of personal and professional responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations in both the personal and work-related aspects of the creator’s life.**
Key Responsibilities
1.
Administrative Support
* Manage the calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments.
* Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation and itineraries.
* Handle email correspondence, filtering important messages, and responding on behalf of the creator when necessary.
* Organize and maintain important files, documents, and records.
2.
Content Management
* Assist in managing and organizing content creation schedules and deadlines.
* Help with brainstorming ideas, researching trends, and organizing assets for content production (photos, videos, captions, etc.).
* Coordinate with producers, videographers, editors, and other content-related team members.
* Ensure timely posting and updating across various social media platforms.
3.
Personal Tasks
* Manage personal appointments, errands, and logistics as needed. Schedule appointments for personal vehicles and household needs.
* Coordinate household tasks, including assisting with personal shopping, organizing events, and overseeing maintenance projects.
4.
Project Management
* Oversee specific projects, ensuring they are executed effectively and on time.
* Order and manage inventory for online platforms.
* Ensure online platforms have stock and inventory, schedule sales, and help with customer service issues as they arise.
* Track progress on various initiatives (e.g., merchandise launches, collaborations) and communicate updates.)
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
5.
Client & Brand Relations
* Assist in managing partnerships, collaborations, and client relationships.
* Prepare materials for brand meetings or sponsorship discussions.
* Coordinate logistics for product promotions, giveaways, and events.
6.
Social Media Support
* Assist with content scheduling, tracking analytics, and community management.
* Respond to direct messages, comments, and other social media interactions as needed.
* Report fake accounts, ensuring the fans safety to not be scammed online.
* Dispute online claims to ensure on time payment.
7.
Miscellaneous
* Handle any other ad-hoc tasks as they arise, from coordinating events to personal bookings.
* Ensure that the content creator’s daily life runs smoothly, both professionally and personally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role, ideally for a public figure or content creator.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital tools, and content management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make decisions when necessary.
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Tech-savvy and proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite).
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and an understanding of digital trends.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours as needed, including evenings or weekends.
Preferred
- Experience in the content creation, influencer, or entertainment industry.
- Basic knowledge in Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and other platforms sales pages.
- Prior experience working remotely or managing remote teams.
