We are seeking a Director-level Experience Strategist to lead strategic initiatives and help us expand our client portfolio by delivering high-impact pitches focused on conversion and design opportunities.

Position Overview

As the Experience Strategist (Director Level) at Forix Digital, you will play a pivotal role in pitching to new sales prospects and clients, showcasing how our expertise in CRO, design, and development can optimize their eCommerce experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—ranging from UX and design to development—to devise transformative eCommerce strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pitch Development & Delivery

* Lead the creation of compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients, with a strong focus on conversion and design enhancements.

* Analyze client needs, market data, and competitive landscapes to build persuasive, insight-driven proposals.

* Present strategies and solutions to C-level executives and other key stakeholders in a clear, engaging manner.

2. Strategic Leadership

* Develop and maintain high-level eCommerce strategies that blend business objectives, customer insights, and technological capabilities.

* Oversee the strategic direction from pitch to implementation, ensuring projects align with client goals and industry best practices.

* Guide internal teams to ensure seamless execution of proposed strategies.

3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & User Experience (UX)

* Continuously evaluate and refine CRO approaches, leveraging data analytics and user feedback to drive increased site performance and revenue.

* Identify opportunities for UX improvements that enhance user engagement, streamline the customer journey, and strengthen brand perception.

* Keep abreast of emerging eCommerce trends, best practices, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

4. Client Relationship Management

* Work with Account Managers to Establish and nurture relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor in eCommerce strategy, CX, and design.

* Effectively communicate project milestones, performance metrics, and strategic insights to clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.

* Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to facilitate project handovers and maintain consistent client engagement.

5. Team Collaboration & Mentorship

* Provide leadership and mentorship to junior strategists, analysts, and cross-departmental colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

* Champion collaboration between UX, design, development, and marketing teams to drive a holistic approach to eCommerce solutions.

* Promote a knowledge-sharing environment, ensuring strategic insights and best practices are integrated across the organization.

Qualifications

  1. Education & Experience

  2. + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

    + 7+ years of experience in eCommerce strategy, digital marketing, UX, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a director-level or leadership role.

  1. Technical Skills

  2. + Demonstrated success in pitching and securing new business in an agency or consulting context.

    + Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, ect.) and experience with CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO).

    + Strong understanding of UX best practices, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and A/B testing methodologies.
