ERP Systems Operation Specialist
Position Overview
We are seeking a
full-time, onsite ERP Systems Operation Specialist
responsible for the
management, maintenance, and operation
of the company’s ERP systems, specifically
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Business Central
. This role also includes assisting with
e-commerce platform (Shopify) order data entry and shipment coordination
. Acting as a bridge between
technical support and business operations
, this position ensures
efficient system performance, smooth order processing, and improved team collaboration
.

Compensation
$28 - $30/hour

Key Responsibilities
ERP System Management
System Maintenance and Issue Resolution
- Oversee the
daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
of
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Business Central
.
- Perform
initial debugging
for system issues raised by the sales team and escalate unresolved issues to the development team.
Communication and Collaboration
- Gather and document
sales team feedback
regarding ERP and CRM system improvements and translate them into
development requirements
.
- Maintain
efficient communication with development teams in Singapore, China, and India
, adjusting work hours as needed to accommodate
time zone differences and project deadlines
.
- Track and document
development task progress
, ensuring
timely delivery and coordination
with relevant stakeholders.
User Support and Feedback
- Address internal
inquiries about ERP and CRM systems
and provide
detailed feedback
once issues are resolved.
- Update system
user manuals
with
optimization and functionality updates
and notify users of changes.
Data Security and Professional Ethics
- Adhere to
information security requirements
, ensuring the
confidentiality of sensitive data
and preventing unauthorized disclosure.
E-Commerce Order Management
Order Entry and Shipment Coordination
- Accurately input
customer orders from Shopify
into
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
.
- Collaborate with the
warehouse team
to ensure
timely shipment of orders
and track
delivery progress
.
Inventory Management
- Ensure
product listings on Shopify reflect accurate inventory levels
in
Business Central
.
Order Processing and Shipping
- Oversee
daily order processing
to ensure
on-time delivery
that meets customer expectations.
- Coordinate with the
warehouse team
to ensure
accurate packaging and timely dispatch
.
Complaint and Issue Management
- Follow up and document
customer complaints
, working with the
operations team
to provide
resolutions
.
- Summarize
common customer issues
and provide
concise analyses for improvement recommendations
to relevant teams.
Job Requirements
Educational Background and Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
in
Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
preferred.
- Hands-on experience with
ERP and CRM systems
, particularly
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales & Business Central), is highly desirable
.
- Familiarity with
e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
is a plus.
Language Proficiency
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English
is preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and cross-regional teams.

Work Environment
