Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile
IT & Systems Administrator
with
NetSuite experience
and a strong background in
email and server management
. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in an
accounting department
of a smaller company and thrives in a catch-all position, handling multiple IT and administrative responsibilities.
You will be the go-to person for IT support, NetSuite administration, and business systems management, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting the team with training, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
NetSuite Administration
Manage, maintain, and optimize NetSuite for business operations, including inventory management and POS system evaluation for the race gear division.
IT Support & Training
Assist employees with IT issues, system troubleshooting, and training on transactions and system processes.
Email & Server Management
Oversee company email accounts (currently managed by marketing) and handle server-related tasks (likely SQL Server).
Business Systems Integration
Support integrations for
Shopify, WMS, Paystack payment processor, and Avalara
.
Accounting & Financial Systems
Work with
QuickBooks
and
WMO
, supporting finance-related tasks within NetSuite.
General Administration
Provide technical support for
Microsoft 365
and
Google Suite
(for specific purposes), ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience
in an accounting or finance department within a small to mid-sized company.
- Strong expertise in
NetSuite
and experience handling
QuickBooks
and
WMO
.
- Knowledge of
POS systems
,
inventory management
, and potential system upgrades.
- Experience with
server management
(SQL preferred) and IT support.
- Familiarity with
Shopify integrations, WMS, Paystack, and Avalara
is a plus.
- Proficiency in
Microsoft 365
; some exposure to
Google Suite
.
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot IT issues, and provide cross-functional support.
