About the Position
We are now hiring a Marketing Specialist with strong experience in e-commerce and digital media and a well-rounded marketing generalist background. While this role will focus on projects related to optimizing our online stores and digital media presence, we are looking for someone who enjoys having a hand in all aspects of the marketing function and working as part of a small team in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. Given the nature of our products, it will be beneficial to have some knowledge and experience in marketing Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), especially with over-the-counter healthcare, wellness, or beauty products. We do have agency resources to support our website and paid digital media, however we are looking forward to having a member of our team who lives and breathes our products to guide the agency and assist with execution.
This position will join a collaborative, small team, and will work on-site in our Fort Worth office, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- E-commerce
- Manage and optimize our online stores such as Walmart Connect, Amazon, eosera.com, and TikTok Shop, including managing the relationship with the platform and ensuring technical precision and brand consistency of the content.
- Website -
Oversee agency resources to update and maintain our website, including optimizing SEO and managing brand consistency, CMS, and inventory listings.
- Social Media -
Participate in the execution of the social media strategy across multiple channels, including overseeing agency resources as well as creating and posting content.
- Email Campaigns -
Create and execute email campaigns in Mailchimp.
- Digital Asset Management
- Oversee digital sales tool inventory, assets, and resources and project manage digital asset creation and management, including graphics and videos.
- Analytics -
Collect and analyze performance reports from all digital platforms (web, online stores, advertisements, social media and email campaigns) and share insights with the marketing team to inform strategy.
Additional Responsibilities (ad hoc)
* Sales -
Support sales by managing CRM input and reporting dashboards, analyzing data and providing reporting to support overall sales direction, and creating pitch decks and other types of collateral.
- Strategy
- Participate in planning for the overall marketing strategy by providing data, insights and perspective.
- Finances -
Be mindful of the budget and manage resources with discretion; compile and distribute financial and statistical information as needed so we can track ROI.
- Events -
Participate in organizing and attending events and product exhibitions, trade shows, public relations and philanthropic events.
- Graphics + Content
- Support creative content creation, including both copywriting and graphic design, and participate in proofreading creative copy.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- 4+ years of marketing experience, including strong experience in e-commerce and digital marketing and some experience in creative services (copywriting and graphic design)
- Experience with Walmart Connect, Amazon, Shopify, and/or TikTok Shop is a plus
- Experience with email campaigns, CRMs, and marketing automation tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Basic proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Apple products and services
- Experience with producing videos and video editing software is a plus
- Website management experience, including working with a content management system (CMS)
- Full-stack experience and/or HTML experience is a plus
- CPG product experience, especially over-the-counter healthcare, wellness, and/or beauty products is a plus
- Experience in an early-stage or high-growth, entrepreneurial, small team environment where each member of the team is wearing many hats and participating in building the business is a plus
