Entry Level Customer Success Specialist

MRC Creations is an industry leader in designing and manufacturing intimate apparel for every shape and style. Backed by over 30 years of experience, we're able provide our customers great value and quality products. MRC Creations owns and operates several intimate apparel brands and most recently launched our in house brand @houseofdesirela. We are seeking an entry level customer success specialist to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities include

1. Entering sales orders into SAP, including initial orders retrieved from EDI application

1. Cross-checking physical PO copies with PO’s received through EDI for accuracy

1. Organizing and saving copies of PO’s for easy retrieval

1. Removing inventory from holds and keeping holds up to date

1. Ordering tickets and maintaining ticket ordering spreadsheet

1. Pulling samples as needed for customers, meetings, and trade shows

1. Organizing showroom and packing away closeout units

1. Performing other related duties as needed

Qualified individuals must

1. Have administrative assistant/general office experience (in fashion industry preferred)

1. Have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills

1. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

1. Be a quick learner who can work with new technologies as needed

1. Have great phone etiquette

1. Have EXTREME attention to detail

1. Be able to work under deadlines and to multitask in a fast-paced environment

1. Have excellent planning and organizational skills

1. Be able to problem solve and sometimes work without supervision

1. Experience with managing shopify

1. Apparel & fashion preferred
