Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional individual to join our Ecommerce team full-time. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with limited industry experience to gain exposure to multiple facets of ecommerce while building a foundation for specialization in one or more disciplines.
This is an IN-OFFICE POSITION. Remote work is not available

Primary Responsibilities
- Verify data accuracy and publish comprehensive ecommerce reports.
- Preparing invoices for finance team processing.
- Participate in Amazon revenue recovery through dispute processes.
- Perform ad hoc duties, including:
+ SEO and detail page optimizations.
+ Project coordination and task management.
+ Collaborating with the revenue recovery team to resolve issues.\\
- Assist with shipping and fulfillment orders as needed.
Growth Opportunities
This position provides exposure to various ecommerce channels and tools, including:
- Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, SaaS platforms, Google Ads, Meta Business
Key Qualifications Include
:
- Experience: At least 2 years in a professional office environment.
- Available Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm
- Technical Proficiency: Better-than-basic understanding of Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word. Familiarity with additional tools such as SharePoint.
- A basic understanding of Python but a curiosity to learn more

- Financial Acumen: Comfortable with math and basic financial concepts, including interpreting and analyzing data.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and maintain accurate records while meeting deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing data, documents, and tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Problem-Solving: Resourceful in identifying challenges and developing practical solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Cooperative and able to work both independently and as part of a team, with a positive and adaptable attitude.

Benefits
- Full-time position with a starting rate of $22 - $25/hour ($45,760 - $52,000yr).
