Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
eCommerce Specialist
to manage and optimize our online sales channels while providing essential warehouse support. This role bridges digital commerce expertise with hands-on operational efficiency to ensure seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in eCommerce management and a solid understanding of warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
eCommerce Operations
- Manage online product listings across platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify) by uploading, editing, and optimizing product descriptions, images, and pricing
- Maintain inventory accuracy across online platforms, integrating with warehouse operations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and sales events
Order Fulfillment and Inventory Management
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
Warehouse Support and Maintenance
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, & pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Assist with prioritizing and fulfilling online orders in coordination with warehouse staff, as well as supporting other areas such as operations, shipping and receiving as needed
- Ensure all outgoing products meet quality standards and resolve order discrepancies or damaged goods promptly
- Package and prepare items for shipment according to platform-specific requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure safe and efficient operations
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 2 years in an eCommerce role, with exposure to warehouse or fulfillment operations
- Proficiency with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, eBay etc.)
- Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and product analytics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Preferred
- Experience with shipping software (e.g., ShipStation, FedEx, UPS)
- Forklift certification
- Experience in a multi-channel eCommerce environment
