DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Coach, mentor and lead fulfillment team.
  1. Manage appropriate staffing, performance and hold team accountable to meet business goals.
  1. Responsible to deliver on eCommerce ship goals of 10 business days or less including shop floor fulfilling orders.
  1. Collaborate with cross functional departments to maximize output.
  1. Monitor, publish and communicate to appropriate parties fulfillment and shipping metrics.
  1. Assist scheduling department with daily input from eCommerce team on order prioritization.
  1. Identify and collaborate on opportunities for improvement across departments for product hand offs.
  1. Work with production management to maintain quality, lead times and expectations.
  1. Oversee eCommerce fulfillment and pack out department.
  1. Perform quality checks on customer orders prior to shipment.
  1. Handle shipping claims.
  1. Product movement using a fork truck and pallet jack.
  1. Close out monthly shipped order detail with Finance.
  1. Print and apply all shipping labels.
  1. Ensure Smartsheet accuracy.
  1. Work on the line to pack master shipping cartons, hand glue RSCs, build shipping and trash containers.
  1. Cross train in related areas of the business.
  1. Monitor and place replenishment orders for master shipping cartons and other supplies.
  1. Assist with shipping quotes for sales.
  1. Ensure accuracy of daily labor reporting and approve timecards.
  1. Comply with company policies and procedures.
  1. Additional duties assigned by management.
  1. On-site attendance is an essential function of the role.
  2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  1. High school diploma or equivalent and combined education and experience.
  1. 2 year experience managing a team.
  1. Computer skills including excel, word, email and other software's
  1. 2 years minimum experience working in manufacturing or warehousing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. BA/BS degree or relevant experience or combined equivalent education and experience.

  1. Experience with CRM tools such as Help desk tools (such as Intercom), Shopify, SalesForce, Pipedrive and standard ecommerce analytics platform.
  1. Experience developing or working on project team implementing eCommerce platform/strategy
  1. Experience working with a matrixed team of stakeholders to achieve a common goal.
  1. Prior Forklift experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as specifications, operating instructions, and training and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports and correspondence.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, costs, proportions, percentages, and volume.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Employee required to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on a fulfillment line building and preparing boxes for shipments.
