POSITION SUMMARY

he eCommerce Product Manager oversees stock management across various online platforms and ensures the timely upload of creative content like graphics and articles. Working closely with the Digital Analytics Manager, they track performance metrics, develop sales dashboards, and report on key KPIs, all while leveraging their expertise in Shopify, Excel, and eCommerce trends to drive growth—experience with platforms like Amazon and eBay is a plus.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Manages stock across several eCommerce outlets, uploads creative collateral (graphics, articles, etc.)

1. Works in tandem with Digital Analytics Manager

1. Develops sales dashboards and reports assigned KPIs / metrics on a preset basis.

1. Strong understanding of data, trends, and relevant eCommerce related metrics

1. Strong Proficiency with Shopify platform required.

1. Microsoft Excel proficiency required.

1. Understanding of financial operations is strongly preferred.

1. Experience with third-party sales platforms such as Amazon and eBay with over 500 SKUs strongly preferred.
