We have one brick and mortar store front, warehouse and online sales/fulfillment dept. at the same location.
Position Overview
The E-Commerce Support Specialist will assist in a variety of operational tasks to support our online storefronts. This role includes responsibilities across order processing, customer service, inventory management, and projects. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player who is eager to learn and contribute to the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities
Product Photography
Capture quality listing photos of each item to be listed across online platforms
Order Processing
Manage web store orders by printing orders, confirming customer payments, pulling inventory, packaging, shipping, and handling returns, exchanges, payments, and refunds.
Shipping and Receiving
Process and ship customer orders, manage incoming shipments, and verify received goods.
Inventory Management
Oversee the receiving, verification, and stocking of merchandise. Maintain accurate online inventory levels and place reorder requests as needed.
Customer Support
Engage, reply and inform customers on any platform to answer questions and ressolve disputes and returns
On-Site Sales Support
Accompany eCommerce personnel on bi-weekly sales trips to customer locations, assist with product setup, manage order processing, and handle payments.
Fulfillment and Special Projects
Assist with time-sensitive fulfillment projects, ensuring delivery meets customer expectations.
Additional Responsibilities
Perform pickups and deliveries, run errands, and assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.

Proficient in ebay/Facebook Commerce/Marketplace/Shopify/Poshmark and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to quickly learn job-specific software like Vendoo(cross-listing software).
Physical Stamina
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, and safely operate company vans when necessary.
Shipping Knowledge
Experience with FedEx, UPS and international shipping procedures is a plus.
Clean Driving Record
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required for occasional company vehicle operation.
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Hours are flexible with the option to have a 4 - 6 day work week.
