We are seeking an outgoing, energetic, and results-driven eCommerce Fulfillment Manager to lead the charge in managing and optimizing our fulfillment operations. This role will involve overseeing inventory management, streamlining order processing, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency while delivering an exceptional customer experience. 

Our eCommerce operations span multiple channels, including direct-to-consumer (DTC) platforms, marketplaces, and subscription-based services. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and third-party logistics (3PL) providers is a plus! You’ll work on-site in [Location] with a dynamic and collaborative team, supporting some of the most exciting high-growth eCommerce brands in the market today. Familiarity with tools like Shopify, ShipStation, or similar platforms and a strong focus on performance metrics is critical to success in this role. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Fulfillment Operations Management 

  1. Oversee daily order fulfillment processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  1. Manage relationships with 3PL providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve shipping times, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  1. Monitor inventory levels across all sales channels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

  1. Coordinate with warehouse teams to streamline picking, packing, and shipping workflows.
  2. Inventory Management & Optimization 

  1. Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).

  1. Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

  1. Analyze sales trends to forecast demand and plan inventory replenishment accordingly.

  1. Collaborate with suppliers to manage inbound shipments and resolve any discrepancies.
  2. Performance Tracking & Reporting 

  1. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as order accuracy rate, on-time delivery rate, and fulfillment costs.

  1. Prepare detailed reports on fulfillment performance and identify areas for improvement.

  1. Track shipping carrier performance and negotiate rates to optimize costs.
  2. Customer Experience & Problem Resolution 

  1. Ensure timely communication with customer service teams regarding order issues or delays.

  1. Investigate and resolve fulfillment-related customer complaints promptly.

  1. Implement solutions to minimize errors and improve the overall customer experience.
  2. Technology & Process Improvement 

  1. Leverage tools like Shopify, ShipStation, Extensiv, or similar platforms to manage orders efficiently.

  1. Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within the fulfillment workflow.

  1. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in eCommerce logistics.
  2. Qualifications 

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  1. 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain management.

  1. Proven track record of managing fulfillment operations for high-growth DTC brands or marketplaces.

  1. Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and order management systems (OMS).

  1. Experience working with 3PL providers and shipping carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL).

  1. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.

  1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  1. Proficiency in tools like Shopify, Extensiv, ShipStation, or similar platforms for order processing.
