We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Data and Operations Specialist to support the daily operations of our online retail platforms. This role plays a key part in maintaining product listings, monitoring inventory, optimizing online performance, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for e-commerce trends and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listings Management

  1. Assist in managing and maintaining product listings across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, etc.
  1. Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, compelling, and up to date through routine data entry and quality checks.

Order Processing & Customer Support

  1. Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues through email or chat support.

Entry-Level Data Analytics and Performance Management

  1. Gather and analyze e-commerce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  1. Create and maintain dashboards to visualize sales performance, customer behavior, and inventory metrics.
  1. Support data-driven decision-making by preparing reports and presentations with actionable insights.
  1. Monitor online sales performance and key metrics, providing regular updates and insights to management.
  1. Support the creation of reports on sales trends, website traffic, and customer feedback.

Additional Responsibilities

  1. Monitor inventory levels across platforms, coordinating restocking efforts as necessary.
  1. Use tools such as Seller Central to ensure proper inventory management and visibility.
  1. Assist in implementing promotional campaigns, sales, and discount codes.
  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product listings for SEO, visibility, and sales growth.
  1. Conduct research on competitors' pricing, product trends, and offerings to identify opportunities for improvement.
  1. Assist in coordinating with suppliers, vendors, or drop-shipping partners to streamline operations and maintain stock availability.
  1. Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform policies, and tools to ensure compliance and improve operations.

    2. Requirements

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in e-commerce operations or a related field (e.g., online retail, marketplace management, digital marketing).
  1. Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart etc., and their backend systems.
  1. Basic understanding of data analytics tools and techniques.
  1. Strong proficiency in data entry and attention to detail.
  1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for customer support and team collaboration.
  1. Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, or online sales trends is a plus.
  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace tools.
  1. High School degree required; University degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

  1. Experience with tools like Seller Central, Shopify Admin, or analytics platforms.
  1. Familiarity with basic data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  1. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  1. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
