Role Mission
As an Ecommerce Coordinator, you will help manage the day-to-day operations of Voluspa’s ecommerce. You will assist with maintaining product listings, supporting cross functional teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in ecommerce and digital marketing. Training will be provided, but a passion for online retail and customer experience is key.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist with updating product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Assist with online merchandising efforts, including adjusting product placement and featured items to enhance user experience and drive sales.
- Support the marketing team with implementing promotions and online campaigns.
- Monitor website performance, reporting any issues or areas for improvement to the team.
- Help maintain website content and ensure it aligns with brand guidelines.
- Help manage online orders and ensure timely fulfillment by coordinating with warehouse teams.
- Collaborate with the Digital Program Manager and third-party vendors to integrations and ecommerce tools.
- Ensure website consistency and quality, checking for broken links, errors, or outdated content.
- Stay up to date with ecommerce trends and tools to suggest improvements to the website and customer experience.
- Support the strategies developed to drive overall sales, digital roadmap, and achieve company goals.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Job Requirements
- Some experience or coursework in ecommerce, retail, or digital marketing is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Proficient with MS office applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Shopify is a plus but not required.
- Results oriented self-starter with proven track record
- A team player who works well with others to get the job done.
Salary
- $25.00-$29.00 per hour Based on experience
