Our company is a thriving brick-and-mortar business with a growing online presence. We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage our online shop operations, ensuring seamless integration with our in-store activities. This part-time role (25 hours per week) offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our digital expansion while working closely with store staff and management. Responsibilities

* Prepare, photograph, and upload inventory to the online site following Clothes Mentor guidelines and standards.

1. Manage and organize all inventory related to the online store.

1. Develop and implement best practices for inventory tracking and organization.

1. Handle customer service inquiries for the website, including returns and email communication.

1. Prepare items for mailing, ensuring quality packaging and personalized touches like handwritten Thank You notes.

1. Coordinate packaging and shipping for outgoing products.

1. Order necessary program materials and supplies.

1. Merchandise products to the sales floor after online uploads are complete.

1. Analyze Shopify reports to identify best practices and improve marketplace performance.

1. Drive Sales - meet or exceed online sales goals

Qualifications

* Courses in photography, e-commerce, technology, social media, and/or merchandising are a plus.

1. Strong understanding of the digital landscape, including online merchandising and social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

1. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members, management, and customers.

1. Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.

1. Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

1. Exceptional time management skills to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

1. Strong organizational skills and efficiency in task execution.

1. Proactive in addressing and resolving product, service, and marketplace issues.

1. Ability to analyze reports and dashboards for marketplace performance insights.

Working Conditions

* Maintain an efficient pace with repetitive motions such as typing, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds.

1. Vision and coordination required for inspecting and photographing items for online posting.

1. Ability to attach price tags, prepare items for photography, and merchandise on the sales floor.

1. Ability to transport fulfilled orders to a shipping facility such as the post office, UPS, or FedEx.
