This exciting position, reporting to our E-Commerce Director, will provide content support across all of our e-commerce platforms. It requires someone with both professional writing capabilities and a focus on the business changes required to drive revenue and overall customer satisfaction.

Experience Required:

1. More than 3 years as a content writing professional

1. More than 3 years working on an e-commerce website

Responsibilities

1. Create high-quality and engaging content including, but not limited to product descriptions, brand pages, blog posts, and other relevant content across all websites, as needed

1. Achieve the growth projections for emerging Shopify ecommerce website drive traffic, increase conversions, return rates, and increase basket size

+ Utilize tools to conduct keyword research, competitive research, and technical audits to support content and development and brand/product recommendation

+ Collaborate with Marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, and content marketing channels

+ Increase conversions and basket size by optimizing website (mobile, desktop, tablet), creating promotions plan, and offering bundles/subscriptions

Skills: 

1. Content writing with a portfolio of long and short form content

1. Cross team collaboration

1. Business acumen with data analysis capability

1. Use of Shopify platform and plugins

1. Experience with SEO concepts and tools

1. Ability to work flexibly in a small company environment
