Job Description
We are seeking a driven, results-oriented
E-Commerce and Operations Manager
to help launch and scale our online peptide wellness business. This person will play a key role in shaping the strategy, building the e-commerce platform, and overseeing day-to-day operations, including compliance, marketing, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, business operations, and ideally a background in health or wellness products.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and launch of our
e-commerce platform
, ensuring it’s user-friendly, compliant with regulations, and optimized for sales.
• Oversee
inventory management
and ensure that product offerings are aligned with customer needs and market demand.
• Build and execute
digital marketing strategies
(SEO, social media, influencer marketing, and paid advertising) to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
•
Develop partnerships
with influencers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to build credibility and increase product visibility.
• Manage
telemedicine integration
into the platform, including the coordination of consultations, appointment scheduling, and customer support.
•
Track and analyze performance metrics
(sales, website traffic, customer engagement) and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns and business operations.
•
Ensure compliance
with legal and regulatory requirements for selling peptides and health-related products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and customer service reps, to create a seamless online shopping experience.
Qualifications
•
MBA
or
Bachelor’s degree
in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may also be considered.

5+ years of experience
in e-commerce, digital marketing, or operations management, preferably in the
health, wellness
, or
biohacking industries
.
• Strong knowledge of
e-commerce platforms
(Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, etc.) and
online sales strategies
.
• Familiarity with
telemedicine platforms
and integration for health-related services.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and work cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with
analytics tools
like Google Analytics and e-commerce tracking systems.
•
Knowledge of legal and regulatory issues
regarding peptides, supplements, and telemedicine services is a plus.
