Position Overview

The DutchWear Fulfillment Specialist supports warehouse operations and maintenance of the DutchWear warehouse. Regular duties include receiving products, preparing orders for shipment, general tasks related to inventory control, picking and packing, and keeping order fulfillment processes operating efficiently and accurately. This is your opportunity to be a part of the Dutch Bros team and stoke out our raving Dutch Fans from the eCommerce front. Your main day to day will be to pick and pack orders while keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Work with Fulfillment team to ensure 2 business day fulfillment time on all DB e-commerce, DB HQ, and Franchisee orders

1. Receive and count inventory

1. Pick and pack on-line orders

1. Pack Shirt of the Month for shipment

Perform warehouse duties, as instructed by DutchWear Leadership

1. Perform inventory checks and maintenance

1. Assist walk-in customers, as needed

1. Assist Retail Manager and Warehouse Lead, as needed

1. Keep warehouse clean and organize

Implement, learn, and work with API's and the DW ERP system

Work and learn systems used in daily operations, including:

1. Shipstation

1. Shopify systems

Know the System Admin. duties and processes for the Gift Cards Fulfillment

1. Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

1. HS/GED required

1. Experience in a fulfillment position, preferred

1. Required to obtain a Certified Card on the stand up and sit down style Forklifts

1. Inventory management experience (retail, e-commerce, production)

1. General systems administration

1. Organizational skills

1. Works well within a collaborative team environment

This position is required to be in Grants Pass, Oregon.

Physical Requirements

1. Mobility

Must be able to sit, stand, walk, twist, bend, reach, stoop, kneel and climb,and possess mobility and stamina required for working in a warehouse and manufacturing setting for around 8-10 hours per day.

1. Handling Objects/Equipment

Ability to handle tools, equipment, and products and operate machinery including buttons, levers, and driving forklifts with precision and care

1. Weight Limits

Ability to push and pull heavy objects, such as carts and pallets, frequently of up to 75 pounds.

1. Vision

: Must possess the necessary vision, corrected or uncorrected, to read printed materials and computer screens.

1. Hearing Ability

Ability to hear instructions in English, alarms, signals, and communication over noise.

1. Environment

Must be able to work in varying temperatures, including cold and hot areas, and tolerate exposure to dust and debris
