Description
SUMMARY
The Director Implementation role requires a self-motivated individual that will work on implementing new clients on various flagship technology platforms for SLWM. This candidate will work closely with clients, implementation specialists, engineering, finance, client services and outsource partners in executing the required tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Strong communication skills are required with the ability to self-manage their workload and delegate tasks to team members. Daily projects/tasks require a strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Must be highly collaborative, organized, process oriented and have prior leadership experience.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
:
- Facilitate new e-commerce site implementations and oversee updates for existing sites.
- Define project teams, roles and responsibilities.
- Provide day-to-day leadership to the e-commerce team.
- Leading the team through project discovery, execution, QA and closing.
- Coordinate and facilitate project team sessions.
- Resolve project level issues, escalating those that cannot be resolved to the appropriate level.
- Define project requirements, schedule and resources needed based on level of effort.
- Facilitate collaboration among technical and non-technical staff.
- Collaborate with teams on various projects using Monday.com. Accurately reflecting tasks and timeline within the project template.
- Facilitate the addition of all content (catalog, products, images, users, user groups, permissions, shipping, billing, payment options and others) within clients' e-commerce sites.
- Oversee the setup and import products within ERP as needed for the implementation of the client.
- Oversee Jira Queue for E-Commerce development & order transmission issues
- Oversee relationship with outsource partners in execution of tasks assigned to them.
- Provide updates as needed to internal stakeholders during the client implementation process.
- Develop cost estimates for projects, create proposals and provide project details for the Statement of Work.
- Manage timelines, milestones, data and assets needed from the Statement of Work.
- Train internal teams on client requirements of the sites for successful maintenance post launch.
- Travel (minimal) as required.
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree; or equivalent, or combination of education and experience
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to assess the challenge and provide alternate solutions to clients.
- Ability to show patience with Clients/Sales/Customer Service.
- Very comfortable with client communication and managing expectations with the team.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, experience with Microsoft Office, Monday.com and Jira.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- E-Commerce experience. Shopify, Four51, Marcom and DemandBridge Commerce experience a plus.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Beginner level knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat.
- Work with minimal supervision.
This position requires proof of US Citizenship to comply with federal contracting regulation. Offer contingent upon successful completion of background and drug screen per federal subcontractor requirements.
