Job Description

About the role

As the Digital Product Manager, Product Data & Checkout Optimization, you will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing our product data and checkout ecosystem across spanx.com and our digital channels. This includes revamping product data flows and structures, enhancing product datasets with AI tools, and optimizing the checkout experience to improve the front-end customer experience. Your work will directly impact the AI roadmap at SPANX, data-driven frontend experiences, and on-site conversion.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across E-Commerce, Merchandising, IT/Engineering, Growth Marketing, and CX to develop a scalable and results-driven roadmap that emphasizes experimentation and rapid feedback to fuel digital growth. Our ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, and passionate about leveraging AI, automation, and experimentation to improve product data, streamline workflows, and enhance customer experiences.

  1. Enhance the product data pipeline by leveraging AI to automate data enrichment, improve accuracy, and optimize product detail keywords
  1. Build flexible data solutions that support personalized product recommendations, her ability to accurately select the right product and size, and additional structured data applications across multiple digital touchpoints
  1. Optimize the checkout experience through geo-located payment solutions and experimentation following Shopify’s upcoming release of checkout A/B testing capabilities
  1. Collaborate with E-commerce, Brand, Merchandising, and Growth Marketing to align on brand and conversion-oriented goals, establishing measurable KPIs and success metrics
  1. Develop a scalable roadmap in partnership with our Digital Technology Team, ensuring efficient prioritization, MVP definition, and timely execution
  1. Test and optimize data-driven frontend experiences in collaboration with Engineers, Product Designers, and Analysts to enhance customer engagement and drive business value
  1. Work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, contributing to the evolution of our digital platform and commerce strategy
  2. Qualifications

    We require...

  1. 5+ years’ experience in consumer-facing digital product management, with experience designing and shipping direct-to-consumer features
  1. Bachelor's degree or professional experience in Product Management, Engineering, Business, Data Analysis, or Marketing
  1. A deep understanding of product management best practices to ensure your solutions are simple, scalable, and measurable
  1. Previous experience working in agile/scrum teams; thrives in reacting to real-time information
  1. Experience working with Shopify, Figma, Jira, and Google Analytics
  1. Critical Thinking: Gains an understanding of the situation or problem; evaluates, integrates, and categorizes information to identify issues, patterns, trends, and relationships; challenges assumptions and draws informed conclusions that enable effective approaches and solutions
